Upside Down But Moving Forward
I'm loving my bodyweight training ATM, It's the skill and immersion
You can't fake it...
You can either do it or you can't
I recently set myself some outcome goals with my own training that have bugged me for a while
1, Handstand
2, Front Lever
3, Increase muscle ups to 5
I can't control when I can achieve any of these but I can control the variables that get me there
