For our first Health and Wellbeing activity of the year, the team chose to go ‘Walking with Alpacas’.👌🏼

Alpacas are known to reduce stress and anxiety as they lower our heart rate and blood pressure. Their leading sense of calm and relaxation is key to managing stress and anxiety 🦙 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

It is important we take time out of our day to focus on our health and wellbeing by doing something for our self! 💚

❔Did you know the Implant is a small plastic tube this is about 4cm long and is inserted under the skin in your upper arm?

👌🏼We also provide:
💜 The Copper Coil which releases copper into the womb to prevent pregnancy.
💜 The Hormonal Coil which releases progestogen to prevent pregnancy. Can also be used as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopause symptoms!
