For our first Health and Wellbeing activity of the year, the team chose to go ‘Walking with Alpacas’.👌🏼

Alpacas are known to reduce stress and anxiety as they lower our heart rate and blood pressure. Their leading sense of calm and relaxation is key to managing stress and anxiety 🦙 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

It is important we take time out of our day to focus on our health and wellbeing by doing something for our self! 💚
