Music has always been at the centre of Becky’s life, from singing and dancing as a child to finding freedom on the dance floor.

For a time, that rhythm was tied to a lifestyle that didn't truly fulfil her, but her turning point came with a move to Australia, and the life-changing decision to embrace sobriety.

This became her catalyst for transformation. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Today, Becky channels her lifelong love of music and movement into powerful medicine, founding BeXfit, inspiring healing, and helping others rediscover joyful authenticity.

Deva grew up surrounded by love, but like many women, eventually found herself in a life that felt hollow.

That descent marked the beginning of her return.

Deva spent years studying Kundalini Yoga, sacred feminine movement, trauma-informed facilitation, shamanic energy medicine, and priestess arts.

Her work is sensual and somatic, mystical and grounded, tender and fierce. Through movement, breath, sound, and sacred space, she helps women shed old skins, reclaim their voice, and embody the truth of who they are.

At our Immersion retreat, Deva will offer two sessions, and we can't wait for you to experience the transformation she has to offer.

With 20 years of experience as a nurse, Lucy knows how to listen, support and guide women through real change.

Her own style journey began during a difficult chapter. After going through IVF and a divorce in her mid-30s, she felt completely disconnected from herself.

A friend introduced her to colour analysis, and something shifted. Learning what suited her on the outside helped Lucy rebuild her confidence from the inside.

After a few years of putting it into practice, she trained professionally and launched her own independent image consultancy.

Now, she’s bringing her expertise to our retreats, ready to help you dress in a way that feels completely, joyfully YOU.

We were definitely stunned and absolutely delighted with the number of submissions for this giveaway.

It was really powerful to sit and read through all the rules you are ready to break, and SO hard to pick a winner.

Shelley wrote that she has no more patience for waiting to be ‘allowed’ to do what she wants, and we couldn't agree more.
