At 54, with an empty nest and a divorce behind me...
Last night I dined solo in a foreign city,
listening to a language I do not understand, yet somehow understanding myself more clearly than ever.

Life does not stop when the children grow up or when a marriage ends.

It expands, and I am stepping fully into it.

54 years old. Alone for the first time in over 20 years.
Nobody really talks about this part. How loud the silence can feel.

How much of yourself you meet when life shifts like this.

Some days I feel strong.
Some days I feel unsteady.
Both are real.

This chapter isn’t polished or picture-perfect.
It’s unfamiliar. It’s emotional. It’s me growing in ways I never had space to before.

I didn’t choose this because it’s easy.

I chose it because something in me was ready.

Blue Monday hits differently when you’re building a life and a business outside the matrix.

We’re not a 9–5 team pretending everything’s fine while quietly falling apart.

We’re women navigating real emotions, real mental health, real life, and we support each other through every rise and fall.

Some days we’re creative fire.

Some days we’re flat on the floor.

Some days we’re laughing.

Some days we’re crying.

All of it is allowed here.

Transformation from the inside out means meeting your true colours, not just the pretty ones.

Yes, we use colour to dress, to shift energy, to activate chakras, to bring you back into balance…

But we also honour the inner landscape that can’t be styled away.

No happy‑clappy bypassing.

No “good vibes only.”

No pretending.

Just truth.

As women, we’re taught to stay small, stay polite, stay pretty, stay quiet.

Don’t be angry.

Don’t be messy.

Don’t be too much.

But emotions that aren’t expressed get trapped in the body and they cost us our health, our power, our voice.

So today, on Blue Monday, we’re giving you permission you never needed:
