Eastgate Therapies has developed through my passion for living a healthy happy life with the help of one my great interests - Ayurveda. I hope I can help guide you along with me. You and your body are a remarkable creation that needs to be cherished and my job is to help you with that. Life has a habit of trying to throw us off balance whether physically or mentally. The resulting ‘imbalance’ shows itself in a variety of ways, for example: Stress and Anxiety, Aches and Pains, Fear, Guilt or Sadness, Digestive issues, Hormonal problems, Inflammation and Disease. Your body is always looking to find a way to get back into balance, but often needs help to do so. This is where I can help you. I work through Touch to read the energy and imbalances that your body presents to me; as well as talking to you to get an idea of who you are, your experiences, medical history, diet, lifestyle and behaviour patterns. Then I am able to work with you on your self healing journey back to balance. Treatments can include therapies such as the incredible Amnanda Process or Amnanda Moksha, Energy Release Treatments to get your flow going, Meditation and Visualisation techniques, and indeed working with Western medicine and your GP.
