🌟 Support Worker – Community Support Role 🌟
Location: Louth and surrounding areas
Hours: Part-time / Full-time / Flexible
About the roles
We are looking for kind, reliable, and down-to-earth Support Workers to join our small, friendly team. You will be supporting adults in the community to live independent, fulfilling lives at their own pace.
This role is about quality support, not rushed support. You will be working with the same individuals regularly, building genuine relationships and making a real difference.
What you will be doing
• Supporting individuals to access the community (shopping, activities, meals out)
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
• Supporting daily routines in a calm, respectful way
• Working alongside a supportive management team who are always available
What we’re looking for
• A caring and patient nature
• Reliability and honesty
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✨ Experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided and paid.
