This weekend we were out and about, helping our clients follow what truly lights them up! One of our clients took a trip to the Wolds Railway where they spent time filming and taking photos of the engines, tracks, and all the little details that make trains so fascinating.

It’s amazing to see how confidence grows when someone is doing something they love. ❤️

We’ve had a few phone calls recently from people unsure whether we can support them because they thought we only work with adults with learning disabilities.

✅ That’s not the case!
We proudly support anyone aged 16 and over, and our clients have a wide range of needs—including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, MS, and Alzheimer’s.

Our team offers high-quality, compassionate support designed to promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing. While we do not provide personal care, we offer a wide range of valuable services, including:

✨ Mental health check-ins
✨ Domestic support (cleaning, tidying, organisation)
✨ Support at appointments
✨ Companionship and social outings
✨ Meal preparation and cooking support

Due to our growing team and expanding services, Louth Home Support is excited to announce that we now have Three new positions available for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers.

🕒 Contract Hours: 20–30 hours per week
🗓 Working Pattern: Every other weekend
💼 Positions Available: 2
💚 Plus: A third position available for weekend staff only hours to be confirmed.

We’re a friendly, person-centred support company supporting individuals in their own homes and out in the community — helping them live as independently and happily as possible.

🚗 A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as community support is part of the role. But not essential.

✨ About the Role:
No two days are ever the same! You could be supporting someone at the gym one day, heading to the theatre or on a sailing trip the next. We love to get out and about, making every shift rewarding and fun.

💫 This is an ideal job for someone with a fun, caring and outgoing nature who enjoys helping others and making a difference in people’s lives.

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Community Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You’ll be supporting individuals in their homes and the local community, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting clients with daily living tasks
• Assisting with medication
• Promoting social inclusion and access to community resources
• Maintaining accurate records and care plans

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care or a genuine passion to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
