About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Community Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You’ll be supporting individuals in their homes and the local community, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting clients with daily living tasks
• Assisting with medication
• Promoting social inclusion and access to community resources
• Maintaining accurate records and care plans

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care or a genuine passion to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work weekdays and every other weekend

🎨 Pottery Painting Fun! 🖌️

Today we had the absolute pleasure of taking our lovely clients out for a relaxing and creative pottery painting session — and just look at what they made! 😍

Each piece is bursting with colour, personality, and care. It was wonderful to see everyone so focused, smiling, and expressing themselves through art. Moments like these remind us how important creativity is for wellbeing and confidence 💛

We’re so proud of what they achieved — every item is a masterpiece in its own right! 🏆

💖 Louth Run for Life – A Truly Special Day 💖

Today has been such a heartwarming experience for both our staff and our wonderful clients at Louth Run for Life. We were proud to have several of our clients take part in the event, while many more clients, staff members, and their families came along to cheer everyone on.

For some of us, cancer has touched our families deeply, and being able to stand together today — united as a strong, close-knit team — has meant so much. Our staff continue to show incredible support, not only for our clients, but for each other as well.

It was truly moving to see our clients and staff families come together, sharing smiles, encouragement, and unforgettable moments. Hearing our clients cheer on staff and their children was a beautiful reminder of the bonds we share.

To our staff, clients, and their families: we appreciate you all so much. Thank you for making days like this so special. 💕
