She knew how hard life could be.
She’s been down all the broken roads and fallen more times than she can count.
But every time, she got back up.
Every time, she kept fighting.
It hurt and there were many times, she didn’t know how she’d make it.
But she did.
More than that, she grew stronger, wiser and found small ways to start flying higher.
Didn’t mean that her days were easy or that she has smooth sailing.
In fact, there were many times she stumbled and fell or the wind didn’t blow..
Leaving her stuck where she stood.
She could have complained and stayed stuck or fallen..
But she didn’t, that’s not who she is.
She never will be the one who quits, stays down or doesn’t find a way through the tough stuff.
So, she’ll pick herself up, fight through the tears of the hard days, or adjust her sails to find the winds to blow her to where she wants to be.
She knows it’ll never be easy, painless or quick, and that’s okay.
Strong people don’t make excuses, accept failure or stay down.
She will always do what she needs to do to climb the mountains, spread her wings and chase the stars.
Regardless of whether it’s the wind, he failure or the tough times,
She is and always be a survivor who adjusts and overcomes.
That’s just what a strong woman does.
Now and forever.
