Our Mummy MOT is designed by women’s health specialists to help Mums, new and old, restore their bodies and their confidence.

The package starts with a 60-minute assessment (which can include an internal examination at the client’s request) hands-on treatment and a personalised exercise plan.

We also include a 30-minute follow-up appointment to check progress and provide further advice and support.

This is suitable for all Mums from 6 weeks postpartum.
