Good evening, the Lowdham Slimming World Group has moved to the Poplars Sports Ground in Burton Joyce. There are three sessions taking place tomorrow. The first is a new morning session with weigh in starting at 9am. The 5.30 session is running as usual and an additional 7pm evening session has been added. If you would like to start or continue your Slimming World journey, it would be great to see you.

I wanted to reach out to all our Facebook members after a very challenging 2 years,
I wanted to let you know that our slimming world groups are fully open and ready to welcome everyone both old and new members.
Whether you are on track and a current member, have fallen off the wagon a bit or you wagon has gone off road into the wood and its set on fire 🔥, it would be great to hear from you.
We also have our amazing 2022 BRAND NEW NEW MEMBER PACKS they are fantastic and with short session packed with so much support you wouldn't want to miss it.

First time posting - hope this helps kick start those who are struggling - 2 photos of me 2017 pre slimming world and one now - I took it in the same top ! I have had a bit of a rollercoaster journey - but the downs in the weight charts are always when I commit to Sw and stay to group - zoom or otherwise - just over a stone to go to where I want to be . The difference in the photos is 4 stone and I am 5 ft 10 inches tall.
