I have a private practice which I run from home in a dedicated, comfortable counselling suite that is very private so that we, ie me and my clients, have a calm, safe space where we can explore their thoughts and/or feelings. Not all counsellors and coaches are the same. At the centre of how I work is the belief that you know your situation better than anyone so my job isn't to fix you but to listen to you very carefully so I can help you work out what you want to change and what you don't. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy which means that I have committed to work safely and ethically with clients as well as committing to continuing development.
