FIRST TIME AT THE STUDIO

If it’s your first visit, here’s what to expect…

• You’ll be checked in and we’ll take a quick photo for our system
• Shoes off — we’re a no shoe studio (pop them in the baskets by the door)
• Phones are allowed, but please keep them on silent and no recording during class

Before we start, you’ll be given a quick Reformer safety intro so you feel confident on the bed

Then it’s time for:
50 minutes of pure joy

…and once you’ve done it once, you’ll be back for more
