Cassie the Romanian rescue dog I'm Cassie, a rescue dog from Romania. I'm a qualified Pets as Therapy dog and often help my owners working with groups.

In 2014,with the help of Florentina Raiciu and Animal Rescue Crew, I moved to Scotland where I now live with the Duffs in Haddington.

Good job a good friend remembered because my humans didn't!

It's Gotcha day - 8 years to the day that I met up with my family and settled in Scotland.

It's been a tough year health wise but perseverance from my family, my vet and the Dick Vet Hospital in Edinburgh paid off. I'm now hail and hearty and back to my usual self.

Life continues to be good. I'm still enjoying walks on the beach, learning new tricks and occasionally sampling the cats' food incognito.

Hi folks! I'm back in action but I still have to wear these knitted coats to cover my shaved bits and healing scars. I'm wearing my Pets as Therapy work harness too because it's a good fit and keeps me safely on the lead. I had a lovely walk yesterday with Lewis the Lab - we met Hector the Schnauzer along the way. Stretching and running are so much easier - Yay!!
