Today was national Octopus day ! 🐙

As some members requested animal themed evenings we seized the opportunity to do all things Octopus!

Our members enjoyed octopus games and crafts. They also got to make their own keyring and jewelry with their own special Octopus charm !

An interesting fact is that octopuses have three hearts and blue blood .. how cool!

Tonight was cookie night ! 🍪

Cooking nights are always one of our busiest !
Our members worked together to make their very own cookies to take home and enjoy 😋

An incredible 87 cookies were made tonight .. well done TWC and enjoy !

Something for our parent carers 😍

Are you a Parent, Grandparent or Carer with a SEN child, & fed up with no where to go without those looks or tuts ??

We’re holding a fun breakfast club every third Wednesday of the month, come & join us with your little ones, enjoy a chat with other parents/carers in the comfort of a relaxing place, where your all made welcome & the little ones can play with some of our sensory toys.

If your interested in coming come & join us on 15th October at 9:30am, we’d love to see you all 🥰

We would like to officially welcome Freya as a permanent member of our valuable volunteering team!

She joined us in January to complete her D of E however, she has enjoyed her time with us so much that she has asked to stay and be a part of the team!

Tonight we planned a visit from one of our special and favourite visitors... Clare and 3 of her amazing birds, Comet , Pickles and Mowgli.

Clare taught us all about her birds and allowed our members to hold them.

We are so very grateful to be able to work with amazing people like Clare.
