Something’s been shifting. A new season is stirring…
SoulBloom began in therapy and deep emotional healing. Now, it’s unfolding through breath, bread, movement and story.
This is The Loaf Letters — a soft space for midlife women to reclaim their bodies, their rhythm, their wild hearts.
✨ If you feel the pull, you’re warmly welcome here.

And for those who want the fuller story…
For those of you who’ve followed Soul Bloom Healing for a while, you’ll know this space was once rooted in my work as a psychotherapist and EFT practitioner.
It was deep, sacred work — holding space for people navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and life’s many messes. That chapter shaped me profoundly, and it will always live in my bones.
But healing has seasons, and mine is shifting.
Over the past couple of years, my path has slowly unfolded in quieter, more embodied ways — through breath, movement, ritual, and creation.
I still hold a deep reverence for the therapeutic process, but my hands now reach for other tools too: a yoga mat, a ball of dough, a jar of oil, a page ready for words.
This is still holistic health.
It always has been.
And so, from this evolving life, a new project has begun to rise — The Loaf Letters.
It’s a slow, soulful weaving of yoga for real bodies, story, bread, balm, midlife reclamation, and the everyday magic of being human.
A space for women — especially those in the rich, raw, powerful middle years — who want to move, feel, nourish, create, and come home to themselves.
While my work naturally speaks to women, anyone who feels drawn to the rhythm, the ritual, the reclamation is warmly welcome here.
The labels may change. The offerings may shift.
But the heart of it remains: truth, tenderness, soul — and a spark of wild.
With warmth and a wild heart,
Lou x
