Slimming World is launching a recipe box!

🎁 Slimming World Kitchen is the only recipe box anywhere that’s 100% Free Food.

🍝 There’ll be 15 tasty recipes to choose from each week – perfect to help you stay on track for a 100% Food Optimising week. The portions sizes are amazing too! 🙌

📖 Each box comes with a free mini magazine with easy cooking instructions for all the recipes you chose – and the ones you didn’t, for when you have more time to plan and shop.

I can’t wait to order my first box! It’s definitely going to help me dial up the variety in our house… not to mention cutting down on the thinking, the planning and the shopping! 🤩

Happy Chinese New Year 🐉! Try this delicious slow-cooked sweet & sour chicken dish (which could also be made vegetarian with veggies/Quorn/Tofu) to celebrate good luck and happiness without slowing your weight loss. I think this healthy fakeaway is perfect for enjoying on a Saturday evening – hands up if you’re going to try it 🍲 Slimming World Sweet and sour chicken.

Ever wondered how Slimming World actually works 🤔? Our eating plan is based on the science of energy density (the calories in a food for every gram of it), of ‘satiety’ (how filling a food is) and how likely we are to overeat it. The Slimming World plan encourages eating more foods that are super filling and low in energy density to naturally limit energy intake without having to count a single calorie!! It’s not a miracle – just science 👩‍🔬!

Is it just me, or does anyone else get snack-ish around this time ⌚? These Peanut Butter Hi-fi bars are perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth – they’re loaded with fiber, and tucking into one or two won't undo your weight loss 😉!

Pick up a pack at my group at Lowestoft Deaf Centre
on Thursday evenings at 7pm. And if you're not nuts about peanut butter, don't worry – I have plenty of other flavours available too!

Why do I love Slimming World so much? There are sooo many reasons ❤! One of them is that I can still eat the foods I love and lose weight. I never feel like I’m missing out!
