Pregnancy is such a special time, but it can also bring its share of aches, tiredness and changes. Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and supportive way to move your body, ease tension, build strength and connect with your baby while preparing for birth. Each class focuses on breathing, relaxation and safe movement designed specifically for pregnancy.
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga sessions are a lovely way to move your body while spending quality time with your little one. The classes are relaxed and welcoming – babies of all ages are welcome! It’s also a great chance to meet other local mums and enjoy a moment of calm together.
Whether you’re expecting or already navigating life with your baby, these sessions are all about support, connection and feeling good in your body. 💕
