Today is international sound healing day. I'm not a fan of calling what we do with sound 'healing'. For me it's more about holding space for you to take a moment. For some people a sound bath or sound journey can be profound for others it might just be a nice lie down. For most it's just a rare moment when you can just breathe and do nothing, absorb the vibrations and see if you can let go of anything you feel able to. There is science behind vibration and frequency being beneficial so do give it a try.
