Rosedale Surgery & Kirkley Mill Surgery: Important Update

We are excited to announce that Rosedale Surgery and Kirkley Mill Surgery will be launching a new website and online consultation system. As part of this transition, the current forms on the website will be temporarily disabled for patient submissions starting from the end of the day on 22/08/2025. The forms will be re-enabled and fully functional on 02/09/2025, once the new system is live.

Please note that the link to the website will remain the same, and there will be no change in the web address.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this upgrade. For any urgent matters during this period, please contact the practice directly.
