That’s a wrap! Thanks to our amazing volunteers our Easter SEND HAF kids club has been such a fab four days! The best hot lunches, egg hunts in the garden, making ‘n’ creating and learning new skills….oh and lots of twister and laughs!

We received a message with a video showing three lads trying to break into the main hub from a passer by via Alexandre Road. Let me just say, we are not to be messed with! 🚨 We immediately called the police, and wow, they were incredible— FOUR units arrived in just 3 minutes!! By the time I got there, the three lads had already been apprehended. 🙌 Lowestoft Police

The real takeaway here is that we are part of an amazing, supportive community, and our services are truly valued. 💪

To the lads who thought they could break in: why not pop in on a Friday and learn something new instead? We’ve got knitting, sewing, decoupage, card making & even pottery you are welcome! 🧶🎨 Come learn a craft instead! 😊

We had a fantastic drop in session yesterday, one of our amazing volunteers had the group making Easter baskets and they could not have come out any better! What a fabulous idea!! We have a new craft to try out each week led by a different volunteer. We are closed for good Friday but back to normal the following week. A huge thank you is to every single volunteer front of house and back of house we could not do it without you!

Power is back, and we’re all set for Wednesday! 🎉

We took our ceramic session on the road tonight to a youth group called ‘Reach’ for 8-11 year olds at Lowestoft Community Church so they could have a go at pottery painting….some great pieces done and a fun night had by all! 🤩
