Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) was originally developed to support lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-surgery swelling and circulation issues.

At NuGlow, we combine gentle MLD with fascia release — so we’re not just encouraging lymph flow, we’re also helping tight tissue soften and move more freely.

This treatment may support:
• Fluid retention
• Heavy, tired legs
• Post-surgery recovery (with medical clearance)
• Circulation support
