Howdy partners! Andy and the kitchen team have been rustlin’ up smiles today 🤠 The residents wrote a short story about Dusty the Rodeo Cowboy, Andy told his very best Cowboy jokes and together they sang lots of country songs. It’s been a yehaw-some Saturday ⭐️

The Falcons took part in their home tournament yesterday, splitting into 2 teams to take part in one of the biggest 5 a side tournaments in the local area.
🔴The reds put up a battling display in a very competitive group, missing out on the knockout stages by 1 point.
🟢The green team excelled in their group losing only 1 game before winning both the quarter and semi finals in a couple of close games.
The final beckoned against a top Waveney team and despite losing 1-0, the Greens put in an exceedingly strong performance and were unfortunate to end up on the losing side!
No matter what, we’re always proud to sponsor this hardworking team 👊🏻⚽️

Congratulations to June’s Standing Ovation winner✨Carly✨

Carly is one of the often unsung heroes who work the nightshift here at Lound Hall. Carly was nominated for always putting the residents first, for being prompt and thorough in her work and for always maintaining her ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
We’re lucky to have people like Carly, keeping the residents safe and well, whilst the rest of us sleep.

KRG Care Homes are proud to announce that Erica, our Senior Nurse, has been promoted to the position of ✨Clinical Lead✨ at Lound Hall.

Those you familiar with Lound Hall will know Erica works tirelessly to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are observed for all our residents. Her thorough and dedicated approach to medical practice combined with her skills and experience make her the perfect person to nurture and support our nursing team.

We are delighted to have Erica as part of our management team and are excited for the next chapter of her career.

Today the Falcons entered Kirkley and Pakefield’s festival of football!

A tough group of teams faced the Falcons but after drawing the first game 1-1 they never looked back. Not conceding another goal for the rest of the day the Falcons finished the group in second place and moved into the semifinals.

Following a closely fought battle against Bungay, penalties beckoned. Thanks to some great goalkeeping from Curtis and the brilliantly taken penalties from Michael, Taylor and Harrison, the Falcons were off to the final. Noah scored the winning goal in a closely fought final to secure the trophy! 🏆

THANK YOU to The Hatfield Hotel Lowestoft for our first Summer Fete raffle prize! Sparkling afternoon tea for 2 🥂🍰🥪 We appreciate your generosity.

We’re looking for prize donations that will help us raise money for the residents fund which in turn helps us to pay for activities and treats for our much loved residents!

Our amazing Falcons celebrated their achievements over the weekend with a presentation of trophies to mark the end of an excellent season.

We are proud of each and every one of the talented young athletes who have played for the Falcons u12s this year.
