I was told about these the other week so of course I had to go and have a look for myself… and look what I found!

Not only did I spot the grilled chicken fillets, but there were Tandoori and Garlic & Herb flavours too!

These could be perfect for those busy days when you need something quick, easy and still on plan and filling

Think:
🥗 Tossed onto a big speedy salad
🥪 In a wholemeal pitta with loads of crunchy salad
🍳 Chopped into an omelette
🍝 Added to a quick pasta dish

Sometimes having simple protein options ready to go can make Food Optimising so much easier when life gets busy!

🌤 So… the sun is being a little shy this weekend!

But do you know what? That doesn’t mean our plans for a happy, healthy weekend have to hide away too.

Weekends can sometimes be where our good intentions wobble a little… routines change, treats appear, and before we know it we’re saying “I’ll start again Monday.”

But imagine getting to Monday already feeling proud of yourself instead.

✨ What a night in group last night! ✨

Belinda absolutely cleaned up at group and we could not be prouder of her!

Not only did she walk in with an amazing 3lbs off, she also achieved her ✨ 1½ Stone Award ✨ and claimed her Club 10 – which brings with it so many incredible health benefits.

But she didn’t stop there… oh no… she then went on to take ✨ Slimmer of the Week ✨ as well!

Wow… what a night!

Belinda, your dedication, commitment and consistency are truly inspiring. You keep showing up for yourself every single week and it’s paying off in the most incredible way.

This morning I made myself a filling and delicious breakfast… pancakes topped with fresh fruit and yoghurt 😍

Starting the day with something satisfying really sets the tone for the rest of the day too. No feeling deprived, just feeling fuelled and ready to go! ✨
