Most “tight hamstrings” aren’t short.
They’re overloaded.
Stretching gives temporary relief because it changes sensation —
not because it fixes the problem.
If your hamstring:
• Hurts during tempo runs
• Feels worse after sitting
• Improves after activation
You don’t need more stretching.
You need more strength tolerance.
This is where structured rehab beats random exercises.
If it keeps returning, it’s not a mobility issue.
It’s a load issue.
