Laura was so caring and checked in with me throughout the whole process, from booking to even being at home after the surgery. It was lovely having her at the end of the phone whilst I was there. Made me feel reassured knowing that I could text her if I didn’t understand anything.
Being picked up by David in the clinics car was great as I didn’t need to worry about anything when I got there. I arrived at the clinic early and was met by the wonderful Michael. He spoke good English and explained what would happen at every step. He made me feel at ease through the whole process. I went down to have the surgery quicker than I’d thought, which was great as there was no waiting around feeling nervous. the nurses were all kind and attempted to speak English which helped me to feel reassured. Dr justan explained to me the results I could get from either a reduction or just a lift, I was confident that he understood the results I had hoped for. The surgery itself went really well, I was in a private room and left to rest apart from the nurses coming into give medication and check blood pressure etc. I could press a buzzer if I needed anything, and the nurses came straight away. The food was delicious, all in all a great experience and would highly recommend. I am so pleased with my results, just wish I’d done it sooner.
