Anger is an action caused be a reaction to a situation which has accrued. One way to overcome our anger is to identify what our trigger points are.
Are we judging other people on their actions Can we see ourselves in them which we do not want to acknowledge (mirror effect) Are we self- sabotaging ourself
Overtime each of our trigger point reactions can become an unconscious habit. However once this trigger point has been identified we can work on breaking the habit and communicate our feelings in a more constructive way.
