Back in my happy place this week, my home-based treatment room. Having had a week off last week with the hubby and George 🐾 I’ve been reflecting on how far I’ve come since getting my ADHD diagnosis in August 2024.

My clients are amazing and have supported me and my business through my ups and downs with my mental health. But one thing I’ve always done is give 100% love and energy into their treatments. I treat each treatment as there first one with me.

Now it’s time to turn the tables and get back to creating content to support you with your confidence, skin concerns, thought processes, self-esteem, mental wellbeing..

I still love and use products myself and in some treatments (mainly facials) as well as the amazing mineral skin and body care products . So I’d love to show you the benefits of incorporating aromatherapy and mineral based products into your self care routine and how it can influence your mind and body in a positive way.

There’s SO MUCH I’d love to share but my ADHD brain 🧠 needs to slow down, pause and work out where to start. Starting can be the most difficult thing!

My first challenge to myself, is creating a video to reintroduce myself ‘in person’.

What an amazing 9 months it’s been - but good things come to an end….

Being part of the team at has been so enjoyable. I’ve loved the traditional spa treatments and reconnecting with the Sea Magik spa range of products, meeting lovely new clients and supporting Laura Catt with the launch of her new business venture last year. Thank you Laura for the opportunity and I’ve made a friend for life ☺️

But now I have my Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy venture to fully launch 🚀 and build, and raising awareness of it’s benefits for women’s mental health and wellbeing…and some beautiful collaborations are on the horizon too.

I’ll be continuing to nurture my holistic clients & Tropic customers and resuming offering CPD courses via at my home salon in Oulton, Lowestoft, very soon!

And..I’m on the verge of getting back into doing videos and lives (my confidence is returning ☺️) so my business pages on Facebook and Instagram will be the place to find me, as well as my stories.

I decided to have one business (Katie Yarham Balance: Holistic Therapies & Hypnotherapy) and 2 seperate facebook business pages, so that I can share information ℹ️ and guidance in the most appropriate ways for you.

But healing the mind and body through Holistic therapies (e.g. touch therapy-massage, sound therapy and meditation) and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy have an overlap - they both aim to support you to regulate your nevous system, and balance how your body and mind influences each other.
