Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy (SMART) for everyday, occupational or sport related aches, pains and injuries. ITEC Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist, first aid trained, fully insured and a full member of the Sports Massage Association (MSMA). Current charges are £35 per hour. A discounted rate is available for 5 appointments of £150 if paid for in advance.

Latest guidance from the Sports Massage Association is that I can treat in certain urgent conditions, these include :-

- Unbearable pain levels

- Inability to perform activities of essential daily living (personal care, continence management, feeding etc)

- Inability to sleep (affecting function)

- Inability to work (for frontline workers)

Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy (SMART) for everyday, occupational or sport related aches, pains and injuries. ITEC Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist, first aid trained, fully insured and a full member of the Sports Massage Association (MSMA). 1 hour appointments are available at any reasonable time including weekends. Current charges are £25 for the first 1 hour appointment then £30 thereafter. A discounted rate is available for 5 appointments of £120 if paid for in advance.
