☯️Important update to session pricing from April 2026 ☯️
This work has never just been a job for me- it’s a vocation rooted in care, presence and supporting your nervous system and whole body well being .
After much reflection I’m making an important professional shift to realign the value of my work with the level of experience, care and energy each session holds.
Holistic therapy is deeply physical work. In order to to protect my body , maintain the quality of care and presence I provide and to continue supporting you sustainably for many more years to come my prices will be increasing in a staged way to prepare and be fair .
My prices will be increasing by £8 per session for most therapies from April 1st with a further £4 adjustment planned for April 2027.
This is not simply a price change - it’s a value realignment . It reflects my commitment to longevity in this profession, to working in a way that honours both my clients and my own physical , mental and emotional well being.
I remain fully devoted to offering deeply personalised nervous -system focused sessions without add ons just inclusive, intuitive care, tailored to what your body needs .
Your trust in my work means everything to me .

.Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Too make you fully aware!

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled therapy cost.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled therapy.

With a longer reflexology session, I can take the time to really focus on your unique needs. This allows for a more intentional and nurturing experience, where specific areas of concern receive extra care and attention helping you feel more balanced, relaxed and potentially dealing with your pain management .
