We’re launching a new monthly get-together where the kettle’s always on and the vibes are comfy.

Brews & Moves is a social networking + support session for customers, families, and staff

A chance to:

✅ have a cuppa and a natter
✅ swap ideas, ask questions, share support
✅ meet others who “get it”
✅ finish with a gentle Chair Yoga session led by Lydia (yes, you can stay seated the whole time!)

Think of it as:
half brew… half movement… fully lovely. ☕️✨

Ever been to a yoga class and not had a clue what’s going on? Or felt completely left behind? If that is the case then this is the class for you! We will be starting at the very basics, taking our time & most importantly, everything will be explained slowly and in-depth.

This class is perfect for people completely new to yoga or for those who have been to classes before but have left feeling that they ‘can’t do yoga’. Yoga is for everyone. You don’t need to be flexible. As long as you can comfortably get up and down from the floor, this class is suitable for you.

Starting Thursday the 28th of August!

Super special times massaging clients and fellow staff members at ’s 5th birthday party 🥳
I was kept super busy the whole afternoon and I really enjoyed chatting with everyone ✨
I especially loved sharing the magic of ’s essential oils with the hand and forearm massages. Had so many comments on the lovely smells floating around 💦

Had the pleasure of sharing some chair yoga and massage at ’s 5th birthday party on Sunday 💘

For those that don’t know, I work as a support worker for my main job, supporting people with additional needs. So it was really lovely to share my yoga and massage with all the lovely people that I work with and support 💕

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the chair yoga and to those who came to me for a hand and forearm massage ✨
