Super special times massaging clients and fellow staff members at ’s 5th birthday party 🥳
I was kept super busy the whole afternoon and I really enjoyed chatting with everyone ✨
I especially loved sharing the magic of ’s essential oils with the hand and forearm massages. Had so many comments on the lovely smells floating around 💦

Had the pleasure of sharing some chair yoga and massage at ’s 5th birthday party on Sunday 💘

For those that don’t know, I work as a support worker for my main job, supporting people with additional needs. So it was really lovely to share my yoga and massage with all the lovely people that I work with and support 💕

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the chair yoga and to those who came to me for a hand and forearm massage ✨

Chair yoga is perfect for anyone wanting to partake in a yoga asanas but is not able to easily sit or move around on the floor 💫
