I’m sorry, but Amy is having a couple of days out of clinic this week after having a little run around London on Sunday!

This weeks long training run did exactly go to plan with a migraine causing me to cut it short. But I still achieved 28km! Just another 14km on the big day 😬😬😬

Yesterday I managed my longest run yet 15.5 miles (or 25km) 😁💪🏻🏃‍♀️

My legs were not feeling very good before I even started due to having done too much training this week in total 🤦‍♀️. But I stuck with it and got round the full 25km.

Just 11 miles further on the big day?!?! 😬😬😬

I am going to begin this post by apologising about the fact that you’ll be seeing posts like this a lot over the next few months! However….

🌟🌟This year is the year and I can finally confidently say that this year I will be running London marathon!! 🌟🌟

I will be pounding the pavement for 26.2 miles in aid of a charity which is very close to my heart; the MS Society 🧡🧡. If you’d like to read why this charity is so important to me, please click the link below.

So, this is how I’ve spent my Sunday!! Getting extremely muddy and wet running the wholehog in aid of EACH.

Over 30 obstacles including being up to our necks in mud and d**es!! I can honestly say it was the most fun I’ve ever had running!!
