To all new patients enquiring,

Currently I have no space to take on new patients. I am fully booked working 5-6 day weeks with 12-13 patients a day with my next available slots not being until October.

Which my current regular patients take priority with these slots. Of course I have a waiting list/cancellation list which I am happy to place you on to if you wish.

I’d love to help more people but there’s just not enough hours in the day or days in the week.

Hello to all my lovely patients!

I am back home from a wonderful holiday and I am back to work on Monday 😁

Before I went away I completed my cryotherapy course which is a medical treatment that uses extremely cold temperatures using liquid nitrogen which has a boiling point of -196 degrees to freeze/destroy abnormal tissues for a variety of skin conditions:
• Verruca/warts
• Skin tags
• Seborrheic Keratoses
• Actinic Keratoses
• Cherry Angiomas
These can be for either medical or cosmetic reasons. Predominantly my profession is Foot Health so verrucas are the top of my list but of course I can help with any of the other concerns listed above aswell. 🥰

Despite being on holiday it’s only right I share a wonderful foot pic with you all 🙈😬

Fungal nail, currently on a laser treatment plan, and this is after 4 sessions and we are very nearly there with this one 👣😁

I make every patient aware that it’s not always 100% guaranteed to clear for everyone. It depends on the patients determination and commitment to the process, with appointments and the treatment I advise you to do at home in between appointments, which I always explain at the first appointment.

Diabetes/peripheral neuropathy-

The importance of this is phenomenal.
Having diabetes and being unable to control your sugar levels can cause nerve and blood vessel damage leading to numbness in the feet ( neuropathy ) and also leading to poor circulation.

In this case because of neuropathy he wasn’t aware there was even a wound there (top picture) and then because of poor circulation it takes a very long time to get it healed, we are currently at stage 3 ( bottom right ) we are getting there but it’s taken I’d say about a month and half to get to this point and still got a little way to go. Anyone with diabetes mixed with neuropathy and poor circulation I would have you healed by now. It is so important to keep a track of sugar levels and if you have got neuropathy to be very vigilant and aware of what’s happening on your feet.

Luckily this is my grandad I go and see him every few days where I can so I can get him sorted. 😬👣

Today was a really rubbish day for a couple of reason’s BUT my day got better when a man appeared at my Lowestoft clinic door. It was a patient I used to see when I was employed by a company before going on my own. He is 90 years old and had driven from Halesworth to try and find me just so he could book an appointment because ‘ no one has been as good as you since you left’ it was so lovely to see him and hear him say this and it certainly cheered me up. 😁🥰

Exciting bit of news number ONE-

As some of you may be aware I have someone coming on board to help with my ever growing diary.

This is Rebekah Lane, she has 10 years health care experience working in operating theatres as a HCPC registered ODP and has decided to train as a foot health practitioner to work along side me.

She is currently half way through her training and you may see her in on some of your appointments in the Saxmundham clinic where she will be gaining some on the job experience.

With her strong knowledge base in the health care profession I am excited to welcome Rebekah to my lonely team of just me 👣 🥳

Another very busy week done more 5⭐️ reviews 🤩

Haven’t posted in a while so two in one day before the weekend… what a treat 👣😂

This morning was a 96 year old take away 90 we have a 6 year old with a painful verruca, was getting really upset while walking and mum didn’t know what else to do so contacted me.

We have very very good progress, no pain, very nearly gone and lots of hard work and perseverance from me and little one’s parents at home, happy parents and a happy little girl. ( even if she did eat my chocolate stash in the clinic🙈 ) 🥰

What better way is there to start your Friday morning than seeing this before and after 🙈😂

A wonderful, lovely, incredible 96 year old lady who had no idea how to contact any one for help with her feet because social media just isn’t her thing. She found me in the church magazine and is now a regular patient of mine. she’s happy, comfortable, in no more pain and we have lots of chats about life, football ( she’s a Norwich fan 👎🏻) and cups of tea ☕️

Helping people feel comfortable is my happiness in life and at 96 what an incredible lady! 👣❤️
