Another little update from our jumping challenge 💭

We’re a few days in now and honestly the biggest challenge isn’t the 50 seconds of jumping… it’s remembering to actually do it and tick it off each day. Life gets busy, days blur into each other, and it’s so easy to think “I’ll do it later” and forget.

That’s exactly why we’re sharing this. Small daily habits don’t need to be hard, they just need a reminder and a bit of accountability. Once you start, you’re done in seconds and you feel better for it.

A cold, dull, grey Sunday in January… but we’ve still done our 50 seconds / 50 jumps and it genuinely makes such a difference.

Motivation doesn’t always magically appear, especially on days like today. Sometimes you create it by just starting. A few seconds of movement, a little boost of energy, and suddenly the day feels more manageable.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when the weather and the mood are a bit meh.

A sunny but cold Saturday and we’re still bouncing ☀️❄️

There’s something about bright winter sunshine that makes getting moving feel even better. Just 50 bouncers, a few laughs, and that smug feeling of knowing you’ve already done something good for yourself before the day really starts.

This little daily habit is about well being, consistency, and proving that you don’t need perfect weather or loads of time. Just a willingness to show up.

Day two of our daily jumping challenge ✔️

Today’s reality check… I’m away in a hotel, but that’s not stopping me. I’ll still be starting my morning with my 50 bouncers because consistency matters more than perfect conditions.

Day one done ✔️

This morning Jenna and Jo kicked off their daily 50 seconds of jumping for well being and honestly it started the day with a proper giggle!

They decided to record each other, laughed through it, and proved you don’t need long workouts to lift your mood and get moving.

We’re both 1:1 Diet consultants, based in completely different parts of the country, but we’ve known each other for 9 years. Jenna has been a consultant for nearly 10 years, Jo for almost 9, and we thought… why not do this together and invite others along too?

Simple. Fun. Consistent.
A great way to start the day and look after both body and mind.
