Lilac Lodge Care Home Lilac Lodge & Lavender Cottage are sister homes located in the same road in the village of Oulton Broad.

These homes offer person-centred residential and dementia care, with respite care also offered subject to availability.

Today, Corin, Ryan, Ron and Fred took Paula, Ray, Jill and Lorraine to The Waterways in great Yarmouth. Sorry Acle Bridge Inn, but we have to try something new every now and again 😜. They got to explore the beautiful trails with all its hidden treasures and enjoy a nice hot cuppa in the cafe.

Not even a little but jealous 🙄

Nonetheless, everybody else working hard at Lilac Lodge are really glad they had the best day out. ♥️

To all our friends and family, Happy Valentine's Day! Resident's enjoyed a day full of love and food. They enjoyed a delicious smoked haddock in a rich cheese sauce or toad in the hole with onion gravy, both served with mash and vegetables. Apple crumble and custard or chocolate dipped strawberries with a warm chocolate dipped biscuit for dessert 🤤. Tasty heart shaped scones with jam. Cream and jam filled heart. Home made soup with heart shaped bread. So much love put into so many tasty treats!
