We're excited to launch the Level 2 ReSPECT for Care Homes e-learning, designed to support care home staff in building confidence and competence around ReSPECT conversations and documentation.

This course focuses on:
- Applying ReSPECT principles in real care home settings
- Supporting person-centred, values-based conversations
- Improving communication with residents, families, and professionals
- Strengthening understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Whether you're developing your skills or supporting your team's learning, Level 2 provides practical, relevant guidance to help deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Graham has spent today with the team at Buckingham Lodge Care Home teaching them how to safely evacuate residents using an Evacuation Sledge. These are placed in the stairwells and strategic locations throughout the home.

We're proud to share that we've officially launched our new 'Pressure Area Care Awareness' e-learning course.

At Kingsley Healthcare Group, we're always looking for ways to support our amazing teams and ensure the highest standards of care. This new online training will help our staff gain an awareness of pressure area prevention, early detection, and best-practice care techniques.

We're excited to introduce our brand new 'PUWER Safety Awareness' e-learning course - designed to help our Maintenance Teams stay safe, confident, and compliant when working with workplace equipment.

What is PUWER?!
The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations ensure that all equipment used at work is safe, suitable, and properly maintained. Our new course breaks it down in a clear, practical way for everyone.

This training supports our ongoing commitment to building a safe, informed, and empowered workplace for all colleagues across Kingsley Healthcare Group.

A huge congratulations to Punya on passing her OSCE exams! 🎉 It's so important for us at Kingsley Healthcare Group to be able to support staff with access to a range of qualifications that enable them to deliver fantastic care, as well as achieve their own personal career goals.
