Mobility Scooters

The surgery are requesting that if you use a mobility scooter to please park this outside by the front door and make your way to the waiting area with alternative walking aids, if possible.

Unfortunately there is not ample space for the mobility scooters to be parked outside clinic rooms when seeing a GP / Nurse Practitioner / Nurse etc. They can be a hazard to other patients and a hazard in case of an evacuation.

We do not wish to make life difficult and will assist in any way possible but if you are able to leave your mobility scooter outside to allow patients to walk freely to clinicians rooms we would be very grateful.

Please ask at reception to borrow a wheelchair, if needed.

We have been informed by our Pharmacist Team that there is an outage at the moment with the EE and Vodafone networks.

If you are expecting a telephone call from the surgery and our Pharmacist, it could be that we are trying to contact you but the phone is not connecting to the network.
