Brilliant turnout for our first weekly wellbeing walk, thank all for coming.
We took a couple of wrong turns along the way but didn’t do too bad for our first adventure 🫣 The BeWell Team are going to plan a 45min walk for next Wednesday. It would be lovely to see you all again. If you would like to attend there is no need to book just arrive at the Practice for just before 1.30pm. We did 4km today in just over 1hour. Well done everyone 👍

We have added some more venues to our Carers Connect Timetable. We now visit St Judes Club in Poolstock on a Wednesday afternoon on Week 2. The Farmhouse Kitchen in Astley on a Friday Morning (so come along tomorrow if you're free 🙂) and Morrisons Cafe in Leigh on Thursday Afternoon on week one. Michelle, Lynne and Sandra always look forward to welcoming new and existing carers for support, information, to meet other carers and anything else we can help with.
