Becky yoga and healing

Becky has run the highly succesful Body Couture Fitness since 2009 and is well known for her both her teaching and performing skills in Pole, Aerial Performances, Yoga and Fitness Activities. Becky is also in high demand as an Aerial Model and Judge. Becky has qualifications in a range of movement disciplines across multiple age ranges. This wealth of knowledge alongside experience has helped shape Becky’s inclusive and nurturing teaching style. Being drawn to the yoga mat from a young age Becky has the ability to integrate movement and flow from a range of disciplines. Life’s journey has provided Becky with experience and situations to enhance her understanding of yoga on and off mat. Following her light into reiki training from student to teacher, her classes flourish with energetic and chakra awareness alongside her naturally loving and compassionate nature. Her welcoming energy aura and empathy helps to weave a supportive group environment, and Becky enjoys teaching yoga internationally on retreats based in Europe and beyond. More recently Becky and Alex Shuttleworth have united through wisdom, love, yoga and reiki to create Yoga & Healing, a safe space for you to connect, move and heal. Together we provide classes, tutorials, workshops and more specialised reiki treatments and retreats. We would love you to join the journey.
