.Likes don’t pay the bills...Followers don’t build a business...Engagement doesn’t always reflect success...I don’t always get hundreds of likes….I don’t always have posts that go “viral”…

But what I do have is a diary that’s full of bookings, loyal customers who return, and word-of-mouth recommendations that mean more than any algorithm ever could. 🙌

Social media can sometimes make it look like bigger numbers = bigger success… but that isn’t always the reality.

A safe aesthetics industry doesn’t necessarily mean; “Go to Kellie, she’s a Registered Nurse” ..

A safe industry is free face to face consultations, a real and raw “what bothers you?” conversation, one size does not fit all, 1ml is different in one person to the next. I do this so new clients get chance to meet me, get my vibe, sit in the chair so they’re not as nervous when they come for treatment. Would you book cosmetic surgery having not met your surgeon and doing a vibe check?

A safe industry offers a cooling down period following consultation. We’ve discussed your options now go home and think about it. This is your face, it’s not just a click of the fingers decision. It’s a process and a journey, we have to build trust in each other along the way.

A safe industry is ethical. Even if I was on the bones of my arse eating beans on toast, I wouldn’t put a ml in your lips if you wanted it, if you didn’t need it . Safe, researched, evidence based products and techniques. Your face is my reputation. You will quite literally be walking round with my reputation on your face. If you want overfilled, I’m afraid I’m not the nurse for you.

A safe industry is accountability, a simple “ring me, text me, send me photos, any problems please get in touch” as you’re leaving. Any issues and you’ll be booked in for a review and a solution and reassurance will be offered. I messed up? I will fix it!…
