Hi all. I’m really sorry but I won’t be at bridgenorth bumps and Babies this morning. Unfortunately My daughter isn’t very well. Hopefully I can rearrange for next week. I will keep you all posted. In the mean time please feel free to send me a message with any feeding questions or if you would like support.

Having a glass of wine this Christmas and breastfeeding 🍷🤱

Evidence shows that alcohol only passes into breastmilk in miniscule amounts.
No one is suggesting getting drunk and breastfeeding, but if you fancy a glass of wine over Christmas whilst you are breastfeeding, it is proven as safe.
If you are concerned or what more information you can always contact the infant feeding line.
