The cure for procrastination= Get yourself informed the best you can about a current situation. Look to see where action can be taken. If there's action that can be taken do it. Action purifiers. Then allow it to be and see how things unfold.

If there's no action to take allow some time. Look at it again later to then see if there's now action you can take. Simple really.

This can ease tension and can reduce stress.
With most beneficial practices they can take patients and time to master!

Hello. When you're feeling the benefits of experiencing Tera-Mai, don't let fear stop you recommending it to those who you feel, might also benefit from Tera-Mai too.

I see individuals, couples, whole families and friends of friends.
Each and every session is confidential and what ever is discussed is between, my client and me. You can discuss anything knowing it will go no further.

Some people say to me -
"I will come for a Tera-Mai session when things become less stressful,
busy or chaotic for me".

Now this is a bit of a shame as, having a Tera-Mai treatment can be one of the most supportive things that you can do for your body, in time of stress etc.
Reiki and Seichem and stress-
•It can aid in a deeper state of relaxation.
•Support a better nights sleep.
•Over time it can help us see things with more clarity so, to help reduce stress further.
(Please note, everyone responds to Tera-Mai differently and some start to feel the benefits sooner, than others).

So, maybe don't put off taking time out for you and your wellbeing! If you start to feel good you can cope better with, whatever life throws your way!
There are many clients that do make the time to come for Tera-Mai and feel, the benefits of doing so for themselves either, mentally, emotionally, physically or all three.

Sleep Problems!? 💤

There are many reasons that can affect the quality of our Sleep. We won't go into them all now but
Stress, is probably high up the list for Sleep disturbance.

Are you totally exhausted when you go to bed. Fall asleep relatively easily just to then wake up at 2am or 3am. Then finding it difficult to get back off to sleep with the mind still busy! Finally drifting off back into sleep to be woken by the morning alarm, children, or something else. Ugh!
Next day feeling groggy, low in energy, adjetated to name a few. Not functioning like we want to in the day due to lack of good quality sleep. Just going to bed to repeat the same process over and over again, getting more and more frustrated with the situation and maybe taking it out on those around us!?

Let's look at this, as it is possible to change these patterns.
