Michelle Kendall has been in the beauty industry for 30years. She performs treatments such as Permanent make up, Micro blading -A Lift Facials along with HD Brows, Brow shaping and regrowing advice, Lash lifts and tints, facial waxing and Gel Nails. I run the salon with an amazing team of professional therapists.

Good morning my lovelies 🥰
You know I’m pretty quiet on social media as I’m really busy, this message will also be understood by my other colleagues in the industry and I hope you will all understand.
Not just now but as we approach the holiday season I’m having to send this reminder out again. (A MINIMUM of 24 hrs notice is required for cancellation of appointments).
When appointments are booked you are booking an allotted time slot with an independent therapist who earns her money by this method only. This week I’ve had to refuse three new enquiries I’ve had for treatments, because the appointment book was full.
Cancellations and no shows won’t be happening from now on without you being charged for that missed appointment.
Obviously I have clients that genuinely have hospital apts and illness and they are genuinely giving as much notice as they can. However I have others that don’t.
Our Insurance and industry have high standards and require us to do patch tests in advance of treatments. So it’s hard to get new clients fitted in to late cancellation spots.
I think you get the picture? 🤔
We’re now opening the appointment book for the last week in August and September onwards but always message me in case I get cancellations. I’ll do my best to get you in 🥰
There’s one thing about our beautiful town is I can kill the next two hours with a walk.

✨We started this journey a while ago now and although we may be vaccinated and the COVID-19 Virus is still amongst us our precautions to keep everyone safe is still our primary concern.
Therefore from
Monday 19 th July 2021 until further notice The Brow Lady will continue to practice the following -
On entry to the clinic your temperature will be taken you’ll be asked to wear a 😷 mask, hand washing and sanitising hands before your treatment commences.
Most of my contacts know I have vulnerable family and clients so going to work or having a treatment shouldn’t fill anyone with anxiety. For everyones safety we kindly ask you to respect the recommendations above for everyones wellbeing.
Now taking bookings for (late August still a few left) and September. Thank you to you all for the continued support during these uncertain times
