A calm baby led class. This is often your first baby class. When you are just about managing to get out of the house. Let your baby leed you. Anything goes in this class it’s very relaxed.

Learn the importance of nurturing touch.
Learn massage strokes over 5 weeks.
Learn to relax too.

I am here to support and guide you. Meet like minded parents with their babies.

This past few weeks there have been a lot of Terrible incidents in our local area. I would just like to do a shout out to all the emergency services who have attended.
Even though trained for these events it must have an impact on Ludlow Fire Station. Ludlow Community First Responders@ Ludlow Community Police, @ West Midlands ambulance and anyone else.
Also family and friends of those involved. ♥️

Asking permission creates a space of deep respect.

The baby is a person and has the right to accept or refuse; it is a continual non-verbal process involving watching cues, pausing, making sure baby is receptive to continue with massage.
