The gentle nature of Bowen Therapy means that direct skin contact is not always necessary for it to be effective.

We are trained to work with clients who are fully clothed, making it a comfortable and convenient option for those who prefer to remain dressed during the session.

Are you suffering with Sciatica?
Why not try Bowen Therapy?

Many people find Bowen technique to be an effective treatment for sciatica, with often only a short course of treatments giving long lasting and effective relief.

Bowen works on a deep level, gently and powerfully helping your whole body rebalance the tensional relationships of the connective tissues (fascia) which in turn can take the pressure off of the sciatic nerve and therefore relieving the symptoms. Bowen is also know to relax your central nervous system, allowing your body to be more in its ‘rest and repair’ state which is so often under active in our highly stressed modern lives.

Hi Everyone,

2025 has been a year of highs and lows for me - celebrating my 50th yet losing my dear Mum. Both massive moments which rippled throughout the year.

I had intended for 2025 to be a year to push forward with my two businesses Ludlow Bowen Therapy and Fit for Life Exercise Classes with Sophie. Unfortunately the universe had other ideas and work for me was very much about ‘maintaining’ in 2025.

I love wearing both of my business ‘hats’ of Bowen Therapist and Strength and Balance Specialist and Exercise Coach. One set of skills very much influences the other and gives me a unique standing point where I am able to help people feel better and bring lasting changes to their lives through the wonder of Bowen Therapy and making fitness fun and accessible.

My goal in 2026 is to integrate these two sides of my work to better serve my wonderful clients and the community where I live, in and around Ludlow.
