Cancellation policy

Due to a series of late cancellations, it has become necessary for me to implement a cancellation policy, I have never felt the need for this previously. Even though I am working from home, I still run a legitimate business and have to make a living, therefore it is with regret and a heavy heart that the following policy is now in place;

I ask that you notify me at least 48 h

ours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and 'no show' appointments cost me precious time and money, and leave me with appointments that I cannot fill in time, therefore if I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and added to your next appointment cost, if less than 24 hours notice is received 100% of the treatments cost will be charged and added to your next appointment cost
