Cancellation policy

Due to a series of late cancellations, it has become necessary for me to implement a cancellation policy, I have never felt the need for this previously. Even though I am working from home, I still run a legitimate business and have to make a living, therefore it is with regret and a heavy heart that the following policy is now in place;

I ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and 'no show' appointments cost me precious time and money, and leave me with appointments that I cannot fill in time, therefore if I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and added to your next appointment cost, if less than 24 hours notice is received 100% of the treatments cost will be charged and added to your next appointment cost
