💙 Blue Monday Reminder 💙

As a Nutrition & Wellness Hormone Practitioner, I want you to know that how you feel is not “all in your head.” Hormones, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, and nourishment all play a role in mood and mental wellbeing.

• Eat regularly and include protein to support stable energy
• Get outside, even briefly, for light and fresh air
• Be kind to yourself—rest is productive too
• Ask for support when you need it
