The Christmas turkey might be slipping out of fashion these days, but it still deserves a proud place at the festive table.
Lean, hearty and packed with high‑quality protein, turkey is the perfect blank canvas—beautifully mild so it can soak up every flavour you throw at it. From herby stuffing to zingy cranberry, from buttery roasties to rich gravy, turkey quietly carries the magic of all your favourite trimmings.
Nutritionally, it’s no slouch either. Turkey is naturally high in lean protein, which helps keep you satisfied through the marathon of Christmas nibbling.
