If your plan for 2026 is to exercise more and get healthier, that’s fantastic. Setting goals, moving more, and challenging yourself are all positive steps. But it’s just as important to be kind to yourself along the way.

I’m already getting calls from people who have thrown themselves into a new routine a little too enthusiastically.
