Outcome Care and Support is a small local company providing person centred care to people in their own homes in the Ludlow area. We offer friendly, trained staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. Our services range from short term to long term. Call time lengths start at half an hour, and can be as long as needed.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a GOOD rating in all areas from CQC with our last inspection being in June 2019
