We were delighted to have 2 delegates attend this discussion.
We look forward to the next stages in progressing this topic
A fantastic morning at Ulster Universityโs Centre for Sport in Society, hosting over 60 stakeholders to explore โA Research Agenda for Recognising the Value of Sport and Physical Activity in Northern Ireland.โ
We were delighted to welcome Professor Simon Shibli, whose insights highlighted the importance of strong evidence in shaping policy, investment and the future of sport.
A big thank you to our partners: Sport NI, Northern Ireland Sports Forum, Belfast City Council and Ulster University Sports Services, and to everyone who contributed to such a positive and engaging discussion.
There is a clear appetite across the sector to better understand and communicate the true value of sport, and this event feels like an important step forward.
