Who do you turn to when your're feeling anxious?

If anxiety has been weighing on you lately, this is your reminder that you’re not meant to carry it alone or in silence. The invitation in this verse isn’t to pretend everything is fine or to push your feelings down — it’s to bring every worry, every spiral of thought, and every fear to God just as it is.

Even when your mind feels loud and overwhelming, you are not forgotten, and you are not abandoned in it. You are allowed to lay it down, again and again, and trust that care is still there holding you when you can’t hold yourself together.

You were never meant to carry every anxious thought by yourself❤️

Turn to Jesus!! 🙌

The pattern ⬇️⬇️

Sensation → Worry → Anxiety → More sensations → More worry

“What if it’s serious?” can be the question that spirals everything.

Understand & realise, that it’s not the symptom that keeps the anxiety going—it’s the pattern that follows.

The checking, the Googling, the reassurance, the overthinking… it all feeds the cycle.

Learning to pause and notice what you do next,is going to be the shift.

Not every thought needs to be believed, and not every feeling means danger.

Sometimes, breaking the pattern starts with simply seeing it 👀

Anxiety doesn’t just live in your thoughts—it shows up in your body in ways that are easy to overlook or misunderstand.

From a racing heart to tight muscles, restless energy, and disrupted sleep, these signals are your nervous system trying to protect you, not work against you.

When you start to recognise these patterns, you can respond with more awareness instead of frustration.

If any of these feel familiar, take it as a sign to slow down and check in with yourself.

Not what it feels like. Not what it predicts. Just what’s real.

Waiting for a reply shouldn’t feel this heavy.
But overthinking turns a simple pause into a hundred worst-case scenarios.

Not every silence is rejection. Not every delay is personal.

Sometimes, it’s just… life happening on the other side of the screen.

Hands up - who catastrophises? 🙋‍♀️

Ever notice how your mind skips past the present and goes straight to the worst possible outcome? Like it’s trying to protect you… but ends up exhausting you instead.

We need to learn that not every ‘what if’ deserves our energy.

And remember... try to consider the most likliest outcome! ☺️
