The truth is, no emotion is bad. They are all welcome. They are all telling you something. No matter why you are experiencing them or the belief which has driven them, they are your current experience and that is extremely valid. I think of it like inviting the negative parts of myself to my dinner table, where irritation, frustration, anger, fear are all welcome. I take time to get to know them like old friends, asking questions and searching more deeply without judging or criticising. I ask them why they’re here, where they came from, and what they need. - Anna Anderson
