I will be back at Sean Tracey’s mums & babies group from next Friday 19th sept in Claan Éireann at 11am for 4 weeks of baby massage … come join and spend some@lovely bonding time with baby and a chat with other mummy’s/ friends and a cuppa afterwards. X

Please reach out and talk to someone, there will always be someone who cares enough to be by your side. I know in the deepest depths of despair it feels like we are completely alone, but for the most we are not. If we don’t talk , then they can’t help ❤️ thinking today of all those affected by the actual pandemic that is su***de 😢
